Commercial Conveyancing

We are regularly instructed to act for our small to medium sized business clients. Commercial work is most often required during the disposal of a business or in the purchase of new premises or in the expansion of our clients current operations.

The same principles apply to Commercial Conveyancing as to Domestic. Funding issues and instructions from our client’s lenders are more onerous when we are able to act for our client and their lender. Often the lender will instruct their own solicitors, who’s account will be met by the purchaser, to ensure that there is no conflict on interests. We can provide the lenders solicitors with a Certificate of Title to avoid duplication of effort in both solicitors examining the title to the property.

We have a breadth of experience in dealing with local authorities, HIE and other enterprise bodies and funders. You should contact us as soon as you decide to sell or buy a commercial premises. This will enable us to look at all aspects of the transaction and advise you in the best way for you to proceed, to achieve your objectives.
